At OC Glow Aesthetics, we take pride in providing high-quality services and products. Please review our refund policy carefully prior to making a purchase or booking an appointment.

Services

  • All services are final sale.

  • We do not offer refunds for services that have been performed.

  • Results may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

Packages & Memberships

  • Packages, memberships, and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Unused services within a package may not be refunded.

Promotions & Special Offers

  • Promotional services, discounted treatments, and special offers are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash.

  • Gift cards may not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Retail Products

  • Retail skincare products may be exchanged only if unopened, unused, and returned within [7–14] days of purchase with original receipt.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for refund or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Appointment Cancellations

  • Failure to cancel within the required notice period ([24/48] hours) or no-show appointments may result in forfeiture of deposits or full service charges.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments if canceled within the notice window.

Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be issued at the sole discretion of OC Glow Aesthetics in rare or extenuating circumstances.
